摘 要:针对变电站智能化远程监控发展的长远意义和特殊需求,设计低功耗智能无线测温终端,传输距离大于300 m,使用寿命大于3年;基于双LoRa无线传输机制,提出一种基于无线测温技术的变电设备实时温度监控实施方案,结合B/S服务架构和MySQL数据库构建智能温度测量系统,完成变电站的温度信息采集与控制,并投入实际现场应用.在实际部署中,一台主机支持64个无线测温节点,系统在数据传输抗阻塞和防碰撞方面具有明显优势,具有良好的实时性、稳定性、低功耗性,能实现对电力场所无间断、全覆盖、全数字自动化的实时记录、分析,有很好的工程应用价值,弥补了智能传感网络中温度测控在变电设备领域应用的空缺与不足.In view of the long-term significance and special needs of the development of intelligent remote monitoring in substations,a low-power intelligent wireless temperature measurement terminal is designed.Based on the double-LoRa wireless transmission mechanism,a real-time temperature monitoring scheme for substation equipment based on wireless temperature measurement technology is proposed.Constructed with B/S service architecture and MySQL database to complete temperature information acquisition and control in substations,the Intelligent temperature measurement system has been put into practical field application.The operation results show that the system has obvious advantages in data transmission,antiblocking and anti-collision,who has good real-time performance,stability and low power consumption,and can realize real-time recording and analysis of uninterrupted,full-coverage and full-digital automation for power stations.It makes up for the vacancy and deficiency of temperature measurement and control in the field of substation equipment in intelligent sensor network.
