摘　　要：目的探讨多水平条件Logit模型在高血压患者药物选择偏好影响因素中的应用。方法征募了苏州市5家医院1500例高血压患者,根据降压药物的6个属性,运用离散选择实验设计调查问卷,收集患者的基本信息及降压药物选择偏好。根据个体水平和药物水平两个层次拟合两水平模型分析药物属性对患者降压药选择偏好的影响。结果个体水平中的收入、文化程度、职业和药物水平中的心脑肾保护、降压效果、不良反应、降压速度、每日费用是高血压患者降压药物选择偏好的影响因素。结论高血压患者降压药物的选择受多种因素的影响,对于具有层次结构的数据,多水平模型有较高的应用价值。Objective To explore influencing factors of choice preference on antihypertensive drugs in hypertensive.Methods A total of 1500 hypertensive patients from five hospitals in Suzhou city were recruited.Based on six attributes of antihypertensive drugs,we collected their demographic data,disease and lifestyle history,and choice preference on antihypertensive drugs with questionnaire designed with discrete choice experiment.Conditional multilevel Logit models were used to analyze association between choice preference on antihypertensive drugs and influencing factors in individual level and drug level.Results Income,education,occupation in individual level,cardio-cerebral and kidney protection,antihypertensive effect,adverse reactions,antihypertensive speed and daily cost in drug level,were associated with choice preference on antihypertensive drugs in hypertensive.Conclusion Some factors in individual level and drug level influenced choice preference on antihypertensive drugs in hypertensive.
