摘 要:目的对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿行磁共振(MRI)检查,分析其诊断效果。方法选取2019年3月—2020年12月大连市儿童医院收治的80例新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿,对患儿的临床资料及磁共振(MRI)影像资料进行回顾性分析,统计患儿的MRI影像特点及其诊断效能。结果所有患儿MRI检查均有异常表现,其中白质受累44例、灰质受累25例、弥漫性脑水肿11例。MRI分度为轻度、中度、重度者,与临床分度为轻度、中度、重度者诊断符合率分别于88.75%、82.50%、95.00%。结论新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病以白质受累为主,MRI分度与临床分度的诊断符合率较高,MRI检查可为新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的诊断提供有效依据。Objective To perform MRI examination on neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy and analyze its diagnostic effect.Methods A total of 80 neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy admitted to Dalian Children’s Hospital from March 2019 to December 2020 were selected.The clinical data and MRI image data of the children were retrospectively analyzed.The MRI imaging characteristics and diagnostic efficacy were evaluated.Results MRI examination of all children showed abnormal presentation,including 44 cases of white matter involvement,25 cases of gray matter involvement,and 11 cases of diffuse cerebral edema.The diagnostic coincidence rates between MRI grades as mild,moderate,and severe and clinical grades as mild,moderate,and severe were 88.75%,82.50%,and 95.00%,respectively.Conclusion Neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy is mainly affected by white matter,and the diagnostic coincidence rate of MRI scale and clinical scale is high.The MRI examination provide effective basis in the diagnosis of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.
