大学生对染发剂认知度及铅镉污染现状调查

摘　　要：目的:探究大学生对染发剂认知度及铅、镉污染现状,为大学生正确使用染发剂提供科学依据。方法:通过问卷星平台发放网络调查问卷,了解大学生常用染发剂认知现状;采用火焰原子吸收测定大学生常用染发剂中铅、镉的含量。结果:不同性别染发次数、染发方式比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),女性高于男性。不同性别大学生选择染发的方式、对染发剂品牌和染发剂危害认知度、市售与网购铅、镉污染等比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:大学生染发为彰显个性特征,但对染发剂中的成分与健康的关系认知度较低,普及染发剂知识非常必要。Objective:To explore the college students’cognitive degree of hair dyes and their heavy metal contaminations(lead,cadmium etc.).Methods:The cognition of hair dyes among college student were investigated through questionnaires using an on-line questionnaire platform.The lead and cadmium contents from 106 samples of hair dyes commonly used by college students were measured by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.Results:The frequencies and ways of hair dyeing show significant difference between male and female college students(P<0.05).Results show that female student are more likely to dye their hairs with more dyeing styles.However,no significant differences are found between male and female student in the ways of choosing hair dyes,the awareness of brands,and cognition of hair damages by dyeing(P>0.05).There is also no significant difference between hair dyes sold through local markets and online platforms in lead and cadmium contents(P>0.05).Conclusion:College students see hair dyeing as a way of showing their characteristics.However,few of them have comprehensive cognition and awareness of chemical contents in hair dyes and their damages towards healthy hairs.There is a need to popularize the knowledge of hair dyeing to increase the awareness of the health risks associated with hair dyeing among college students.
