摘  要:利用电子传输型受体分子PO-T2T分别与空穴传输型给体分子mCP、TAPC实现蓝光混合型激基复合物及红光界面型激基复合物的构建,并通过调节给体TAPC薄层位置制备了无需发光染料、结构简单、光谱稳定的高效白色有机电致发光器件.器件的发光亮度超过14000 cd/m2,最大电流效率、外量子效率分别为17.7 cd/A、6.3%.当电压由5 V增加到10 V时,器件的电致发光光谱稳定,CIE仅从(0.368,0.458)变为(0.368,0.449).这些结果表明,应用全激基复合物发光、无发光染料的结构,对实现发射光谱稳定、简化器件结构和提高WOLEDs效率都具有显著作用.Color stable white organic light-emitting diodes(WOLEDs)with all exciplex emission and simple structure were realized by inserting an ultrathin TAPC into a PO-T2T:mCP exciplex system.And the white emission comes from the blue exciplex of PO-T2T:mCP and the red interface exciplex of PO-T2T/TAPC.The resulting WOLED shows a maximum current efficiency,brightness and external quantum efficiency(EQE)of 17.7 cd/A,14000 cd/m2 and 6.3%,respectively.In addition,the Commission International de l'Eclairage(CIE)coordinates are almost the same with the increased voltage,which shifts from(0.368,0.458)to(0.368,0.449)as the voltage rises from 5 V to 10 V.These results indicate that all exciplex emission has a significant effect on achieving stable white light-emitting spectra,simplifying the device structure,and improving the efficiency of the WOLEDs.
