摘 要:采用乳液聚合结合微波辅助法一步制备粒径均匀的苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸微球,并将其用作固相萃取吸附剂实现了对大米中痕量三嗪类除草剂的分离和富集.在优化的固相萃取条件下,获得了较高的回收率(91%~98%)和令人满意的稳定性(重复使用10次回收率在82%以上).该材料制备方法简单、快速、成本低,对复杂样品中痕量三嗪类除草剂萃取效率高,具有较高的应用潜力.Emulsion polymerization combined with microwave-assisted method was used to prepare styrene-methacrylic acid microsphere in one-step,and the microsphere was applied as solid phase extraction adsorbent for the separation and enrichment of trace triazine herbicides in rice samples.Under the optimized conditions,the established method exhibits higher recoveries(91%—98%)and stability(the recoveries are above 82%after 10 adsorption-desorption cycles).The preparation method of the material is simple,rapid and low cost,and exhibits high extraction efficiency for trace triazine herbicides in complex samples,which has high application potential.
