摘  要:以施加哈茨木霉、施加枯草芽孢杆菌以及施加哈茨木霉和枯草芽孢杆菌混合菌液的黄瓜幼苗为实验材料,以施加PD培养基、LB培养基以及施加PD和LB混合培养基的黄瓜幼苗为对照材料,探究了单一菌液及混合菌液对植株生长的影响.结果表明,施加菌液增加植株地上部、地下部生物量,且施加混合菌液的黄瓜幼苗对比单种菌液组物质积累量效果更好.此外,施加枯草芽孢杆菌、哈茨木霉菌液黄瓜幼苗的净光合速率(Pn)显著高于对照组,且施加混合菌液的植株的Pn高于施加单一菌液,说明施加混合菌液的黄瓜幼苗光合能力更强.这说明单独施加枯草芽孢杆菌或哈茨木霉菌液可促进黄瓜幼苗生长,施加混合菌液的效果优于施加单一菌液.这种多种促生菌在植物生长过程中的协同效应也将成为作物增产的有效手段.In this experiment,cucumber seedlings applied with Trichoderma harzianum,Bacillus subtilis or a mixture of Trichoderma harzianum and Bacillus subtilis were used as experimental materials.Cucumber seedlings on PD,LB or PD and LB mixed medium were used as control materials.The effects of one strain or two mixed strains on plant growth were studied.The results showed that Trichoderma harzianum,Bacillus subtilis or the mixture increased the biomass of above-ground and belowground parts of cucumber,and the effect of the mixture was better than that of single-microbe treatments.Moreover,net photosynthetic rate(Pn)of cucumber seedlings treated with Bacillus subtilis and Trichoderma harzianum solution was significantly higher than that of CK,and Pn of the plants treated with the mixture was higher than that treated with single microbe,indicating a better photosynthetic capacity of cucumber seedlings treated with the mixture.The above results indicated that single application of Bacillus subtilis or Trichoderma harzianum solution could promote the growth of cucumber seedlings,and the effect of the mixture was better than either of the microbes.The synergistic effect of these plant growth promoting microbe would be an effective means to increase crop productivity in the future.
