摘　　要：为满足市场对电梯安全性及可靠性的需求,基于PIC16F系列单片机提出一种与安全触板相作用的新型一体式3D电梯光幕,本设计中的光幕主要利用微动开关配合热释电红外技术实现三维空间的全方位安全检测。所设计的保护系统可在光幕长时间出错的情况下,自动屏蔽掉光幕,但不影响安全触板的正常使用。整个系统具有冗余、高抗光干扰、电磁兼容等功能。In order to meet the market demand for elevator safety and reliability,based on PIC16F series MCU,a new integrated 3D elevator light curtain acting on the safety touch plate is proposed.In this design,the light curtain mainly USES the micro switch and pyroelectric infrared technology to realize the all-round safety detection in 3D space.The protection system designed in this paper can automatically screen out the light curtain when the light curtain fails for a long time,but it will not affect the normal use of the safety touchpad.The whole system has the functions of redundancy,high anti-optical interference and electromagnetic compatibility.
