摘　　要：中医护理技术是护士为患者提供中医护理服务的重要手段,以整体观和辨证论治为理论指导,需要结合临床具体情境开展和实施,要求护士具备较强的中医护理技术情境实践能力。本研究将培训对象始终置于真实临床情境中,使用理论和实践相结合的教学方法,以问题为导向,动态调整培训内容,提高了护士中医护理技术情境实践能力,以期为中医护理人才培养提供借鉴与参考。Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)nursing technology is an important strategy for nurses to provide TCM nursing services to patients.Guided by the holistic nursing theory and syndrome differentiation view,nursing works need to be carried out and implemented in combination with specific clinical situations.Nurses are required to have situational practice capabilities of TCM nursing technology.In this study,the new training method were explored.The TCM nurses were arranged in the real clinical situation.The clinical training method was problem oriented,and it combined theory and practice.The training contents were adjusted as needed.This new training method can improve nurses'situational practical ability of TCM nursing technology.It is expected to provide information for TCM nurses training in the future.
