摘　　要：经历了40年高速发展的深圳正面临"增量空间建设转向存量空间优化"的转变,集约化、高密度发展是这座城市发展的趋势。本文通过2020年深圳北站枢纽地区城市设计国际竞赛的优胜方案介绍,分析如何依托城市轨道交通系统进行高强度的城市开发,打造复合共生的人性化城市公共空间,达到从轨道交通枢纽进化到城市活力核心的目的。After 40 years of rapid development,Shenzhen is facing a transition"from space construction to space optimization".Intensive and high-density development is the trend of this city’s development.With the introduction of the winning proposal of the 2020 International Consultation On Urban Design of Shenzhen North Railway Station Hub Area,this article analyses how to carry out high-density urban development based on urban rail transit system,create a compound and symbiotic urban public space with humanization,and achieve the goal of making the rail transit hub evolve into a urban active core.
