摘 要:以科技金融为切入点,解释科技金融本质及相关政策,对科技金融是否支持经济与创新协同作了理论假设,并利用省级面板数据进行实证检验。研究发现:科技金融指数、经济与创新协同水平均呈上升趋势,但经济与创新协同以规模为主,质量有待提升;公共科技金融、市场科技金融以及两者之间的交互效应均显著地促进了经济与创新协同;东部与中西部的区域异质性在统计上不明显,但公共科技金融对中西部地区影响更大。Taking the sci-tech as the starting point,this paper explains the essence of sci-tech finance and relevant policies,makes a theoretical hypothesis on whether sci-tech promotes the synergy of economy and innovation,and analyzes empirically by using the panel data at the provincial level.The research finds that the sci-tech financial index and the synergy of economy and innovation are on the rise,however the synergy of economy and innovation is mainly in scale,and its quality needs to be improved.The public sci-tech finance as well as the market sci-tech finance,and the interaction between them all significantly promote the synergy of economy and innovation.There is no significant regional heterogeneity between the Midwest and Eastern samples,but the impact of public sci-tech finance over the Midwest regions is much greater.
