摘  要:该研究以养殖场新鲜猪粪为原材料在不同温度(15℃,20℃,25℃,30℃和35℃)和不同TS浓度(3%,4%,5.5%,7%和8%)条件下进行产气特性研究及效能分析。结果表明15℃35℃平均池容产气率分别为0.121,0.605,0.615,0.906和1.065 L·L^(-1)d^(-1),甲烷含量分别为42.25%,49.78%,47.25%,52.56%及53.35%。在相同温度条件下,TS越高,COD的去除效率越低。在相同底物浓度条件下,随着温度的升高,COD降解率逐渐增加。在15℃35℃范围内并没有发生明显的酸化现象,pH值稳定在67.5之间。在15℃温度条件下,进料浓度在8%时,pH值最低,为5.8。在15℃35℃范围内,发酵浓度TS在7%时由拟合方程y=0.0083x^(3)-0.579x^(2)+13.23x-95.17(Adj.R^(2)>0.999),得到在20.6℃时产能/耗能的值最大,此时的池容产气率为0.615 L·L^(-1)d^(-1),E/Q为4.0937。In this paper,fresh pig manure from farms was used as raw material to study the biogas production characteristics under different temperatures(15℃,20℃,25℃,30℃and 35℃)and different TS concentrations(3%,4%,5.5%,7%and 8%),and the performances were analyzed.The results showed that the average volumetric gas production rates at 15℃~35℃were 0.121,0.605,0.615,0.906 and 1.065 L·L^(-1)d^(-1),and the methane content were 42.25%,49.78%,47.25%,52.56%and 53.35%,respectively.Under the same temperature condition,the higher the TS,the lower the COD removal efficiency.At the same substrate concentration,the COD degradation rate gradually increased with the temperature increasing.There was no obvious acidification in the range of 15℃~35℃,and the pH value was basically stable between 6~7.5.At a temperature of 15℃,when the feed concentration was 8%,the pH was the lowest,around 5.8.In the range of 15℃~35℃,according to the the fitting equation Y=0.0083 x^(3)-0.579 x^(2)+13.23 x-95.17(Adj.R^(2)>0.999),the maximum value of productivity/energy consumption(E/Q)was obtained at 20.6℃.At this time,the volumetric gas production rate was 0.615 L·L^(-1)d^(-1),and E/Q was 4.0937.
