摘  要:自动转换开关电器(ATSE)应用在供配电系统中重要回路的核心元器件之一,其产品本身可靠性直接关系到供配电系统的可靠性、系统负载的正常运行。本文在研究了双电源自动转换开关的原理基础上,分析了可靠性试验方法,采用PLC结合外围控制采集模块构建了双电源自动转换开关可靠性测验系统的测试电路,为ATSE性能提供有效保障。ATSE is one of the core components in the important circuit of power supply and distribution system.The reliability of its products is directly related to the reliability of power supply and distribution system and the normal operation of system load.In this paper,on the basis of studying the principle of the dual-power automatic transfer switch,the reliability test method is analyzed,and the test circuit of the dual-power automatic transfer switch reliability test system is built by combining PLC with the peripheral control acquisition module,so as to provide effective guarantee for ATSE performance.
