摘　　要：针对如何有效地从血液细胞形态图中提取特征指标,以此来确定这类细胞形态图形的性质,并将其与其他细胞形态图形区分开来,判断细胞是否产生病变。细胞图像经过色度区间法、二值化、轮廓获取、细胞分割、缺陷填充、去噪声的预处理,再对细胞颜色差值的区域标记,对其特征参数紧凑度、重心位置的计算,通过delphi程序的自动处理,提供统计数据,作为病理诊断的一项重要依据。In view of how to extract the characteristic index from the blood cell morphology effectively,in order to determine the nature of this kind of cell morphology,and distinguish it from other cell morphology to judge whether the cell produces pathological changes.Cell image is preprocessed by chroma interval method,binarization,contour acquisition,cell segmentation,defect filling,noise removal,and then the region mark of cell color difference,the calculation of its characteristic parameter compactness,center of gravity position,through automatic processing of delphi program,provides statistical data.As an important basis for pathological diagnosis.
