摘 要:在各个行业不断升级和发展的背景下,自动化和智能化的工业生产模型正受到各学科的广泛关注。在电气自动化技术的支持下,该行业的生产设施不断更新,生产效率不断提高,并且正在逐步进行大量投资。工业机器人,中国机器人产业的总体发展水平相对较好,但与发达国家相比,机器人的自动化和智能水平有待提高。电气自动化技术是工业机器人的功能完整性和应用质量的重要支持。在分析工业机器人的设计活动时,我们从电气自动化的角度分析了电气自动化技术在工业机器人运行中的应用,并从电气自动化的角度深入分析了工业机器人的设计要点。本文基于未来的行业发展和技术应用趋势,已经提出了将电气自动化技术应用于工业机器人的相应建议。Under the background of the continuous upgrading and development of various industries,automatic and intelligent industrial production models are widely concerned by various disciplines.With the support of electrical automation technology,the industry’s production facilities are constantly updated,production efficiency continues to improve,and is gradually investing heavily.Industrial robots,the overall development level of China’s robot industry is relatively good,but compared with developed countries,the automation and intelligence level of robots need to be improved.Electrical automation technology is an important support for functional integrity and application quality of industrial robots.When analyzing the design activities of industrial robots,we analyze the application of electrical automation technology in the operation of industrial robots from the perspective of electrical automation,and deeply analyze the design points of industrial robots from the perspective of electrical automation.Based on the industry development and technology application trend in the future,this paper has put forward some suggestions on applying electrical automation technology to industrial robots.
