摘　　要：温度测点孔装置Y型接头是温度测点装置的主要零部件,它对电站锅炉安全、高效运行具有举足轻重的影响。本文就电站锅炉预热器典型零件温度测点装置的Y型接头的加工制作工艺规程等进行了改进,实验数据证明经过改良制作过程后,产品的稳定性和可靠性都得到了大幅度提高。Y-joint of temperature measuring point hole device is the main component of temperature measuring point device,which has a decisive influence on the safe and efficient operation of utility boiler.In this paper,the processing and manufacturing process of Y-joint of temperature measuring device,a typical part of power station boiler preheater,has been improved.The experimental data prove that the stability and reliability of the product have been greatly improved after the improved manufacturing process.
