摘　　要：本文介绍了循环流化床锅炉分离回料系统的整体结构布置、运行原理,分析了回料阀堵塞的原因,主要包括结焦、循环物料量异常以及异物堵塞,根据原因分析,提出了相应的预防处理措施。This paper introduces the overall structure layout and operation principle of separation and return system of circulating fluidized bed boiler,analyzes the causes for the blockage of return valve,mainly including coking,abnormal circulating material volume and foreign matter blockage.According to the cause analysis,the corresponding preventive measures are put forward.
