摘  要:由于循环流化床锅炉受锅炉燃烧滞后特性、以及燃料来源多、热值变化大等因素影响,在运行过程中,原DCS配置的很多自动控制回路无法投运,导致机组自动投入率较低。针对该问题,通过先进控制技术建立数学模型,并对CFB锅炉进行燃烧参数优化。通过燃烧优化控制改造,实现了深度调峰时的CCS控制。锅炉煤耗降低1%,同时减轻了运行人员劳动强度。Due to the influence of the combustion lag characteristic of the CFB boiler,as well as the many sources of fuel and the large change of calorific value,many automatic control circuits with the original DCS configuration can not be put into operation during the operation,resulting in low automatic unit commitment rate.Aiming at this problem,We built a mathematical model through the application of advanced control technology,and to optimize combustion parameter foe the boiler.Through the combustion optimization control transformation,the CCS control of deep peak shaving has realized.The coal consumption of the boiler is reduced by 1%,and the labor intensity of the operators is reduced.
