摘　　要：当今是网络信息化的时代,网络管理是信息化的重点。对校园网络故障报修流程和故障处理的人员安排以及处理方法进行研究和分析,报告了网络故障维修效率低下、缺少维修记录管理、维修过程无存档、维修无评价的现状。深入研究现有各种网络故障、处理过程和效果,结合员工在校园网络报修遇到的问题,设计了一套网络故障报修小程序,实现网络故障报修智能化,信息及时响应、快速处理,缩短维修时间,保证网络稳定运行。Today is the era of network informatization,network management is the focus of informatization.This paper studies and analyzes the process of campus network fault reporting,the personnel arrangement and treatment methods of fault treatment,and reports the current situation of low efficiency of network fault maintenance,lack of maintenance record management,no archiving in the maintenance process,and no evaluation in maintenance.In depth study of all kinds of existing network faults,processing process and effect,combined with the problems encountered by staff in the campus network fault reporting,design a set of network fault reporting applet,realize the intelligence of network fault reporting,information timely response,rapid processing,shorten the maintenance time,ensure the stable operation of the network.
