数字化转型下的图书馆服务与管理

摘　　要：随着信息技术的发展,人们的阅读习惯、形式发生了改变。传统企业党校(培训中心)图书馆面临用户流失、管理数据未能充分有效利用等问题。数字化转型既是其内部管理需求,也是围绕企业核心业务、教职员工科研、学员培训学习的服务需求。文章就当下如何进一步加强企业党校(培训中心)图书馆数字化资源建设、服务与管理水平进行了研究,通过比较,发现利用数字平台及部门协作可有效提升企业党校(培训中心)图书馆对企业的精准服务。With the development of information technology,people's reading habits and forms have changed.The traditional enterprise party school(training center)library is facing the problems of user loss,management data can not be fully and effectively used.The digital transformation is not only its internal management requirement,but also the service requirements surrounding the core business of the enterprise,the scientific research of faculty and staff,and the training and learning of students.This paper studies how to further strengthen the digital resource construction,service and management level of enterprise party school(training center)library.Through comparison,it is found that the use of digital platform and department cooperation can effectively improve the precise service of enterprise party school(training center)library to enterprises.
