摘 要:高位水平钻孔瓦斯抽采技术是解决矿井瓦斯危害问题十分有效的工程技术手段。瓦斯抽采水平钻孔施工层位需要布置在覆岩采动裂隙带发育范围内,而复合顶板的采动裂隙带发育范围往往难以确定,导致钻孔施工层位不准确严重影响瓦斯抽采效率。为研究覆岩采动裂隙发育范围,精准确定水平钻孔布置层位,依据煤层开采覆岩变形破坏一般特征,采用钻孔电阻率法对李雅庄煤矿2607工作面开采覆岩裂隙发育特征进行动态监测,分析了不同采动时段的视电阻率响应特征和变化规律,得到覆岩裂隙发育分布的主要层位。研究表明:裂隙带主要发育范围位于煤层顶板26~47.5 m高度内的砂岩层,确定为瓦斯抽采的最佳层位,现场瓦斯抽采试验验证了该层位的准确性。钻孔电阻率法在覆岩裂隙动态监测方面具有较高的精度,为提高瓦斯抽采效率和降低瓦斯抽采成本提供了较重要的技术保障。High level horizontal drilling gas drainage technology is a very effective engineering technical means to solve the problem of mine gas hazards.The construction horizon of horizontal drilling for gas drainage needs to be arranged in the development range of mining fracture zone in overburden rock,and the development range of mining fracture zone in composite roof is often difficult to determine,which leads to inaccurate drilling horizon and seriously affects gas drainage efficiency.In order to study the development range of overlying strata mining cracks and accurately determine the horizontal drilling layout horizon,according to the general characteristics of deformation and failure of overlying strata in coal seam mining,the drilling resistivity method was used to dynamically monitor the development characteristics of overlying strata cracks in 2607 working face of Liyazhuang coal mine,and the response characteristics and variation rules of apparent resistivity in different mining periods were analyzed to obtain the main horizon of overlying strata crack development.The research shows that the main development range of fracture zone is located in the sandstone layer within the height of 26~47.5 m of coal seam roof,which is determined as the best layer for gas drainage,and the accuracy of this layer is verified by field gas drainage test.Borehole resistivity method has high accuracy in dynamic monitoring of overlying rock fractures,which provides an important technical guarantee for improving gas drainage efficiency and reducing gas drainage cost.
