摘  要:增压锅炉在冷态启动过程中锅筒的温度和压力变化非常剧烈,导致锅筒在热应力和机械应力的耦合作用下产生疲劳损伤,是造成锅筒发生疲劳破坏的主因。为研究增压锅炉启动过程中锅筒的温度和耦合应力分布规律,本文以实测温度和压力数据作为边界条件,基于ANSYS Workbench平台对增压锅炉锅筒的冷态启动过程进行瞬态有限元分析,获得了锅筒整体的温度、耦合应力及危险点的分布情况。结果表明:冷态启动可分为未饱阶段和饱和阶段,不同阶段中锅筒壁面的换热方式存在较大差异;在管孔边缘耦合应力分布具有方向性,且危险点始终位于锅筒辐射区第2排第1根管孔边缘;依据JB4732标准计算的单次启动过程造成的疲劳损耗为0.0000123。During the cold starting process of the supercharged boiler,the temperature and pressure of the drum change very sharply.This leads to fatigue damage of the drum under the coupling of thermal and mechanical stress,which is the main cause of fatigue damage to the drum.In order to study the temperature and coupling stress distribution of the drum during the start-up process of the supercharged boiler,the measured temperature and pressure data are taken as the boundary conditions.The transient finite element analysis of the cold start process of the booster boiler drum is carried out based on the ANSYS Workbench platform,and the overall temperature,coupling stress,and distribution of dangerous points of the boiler drum are obtained.The results show that the cold starting process is divided into saturated and unsaturated stages.In different stages,the heat transfer mode of the drum wall is obviously different.The distribution of coupling stress at the edge of the pipe hole is directional,and the danger point is always located at the edge of the first pipe hole in the second row of the cylinder radiation area.According to the JB4732 standards,the fatigue loss caused by a single start-up process is 0.0000123.
