摘 要:为探究低散热柴油机在采取隔热措施前后缸内的传热过程及热量分布,本文基于热阻-热容动态传热网络模型及柴油机热力学模型的耦合计算开发了柴油机的传热预测算法,并设计了GUI人机交互界面软件。以某单缸柴油机为研究对象,采用该传热模型正确预测了单缸机工作过程中的缸内压力、部件壁面温度、热平衡等参数,并根据相应的隔热方案快速实现发动机隔热后的传热计算。该模型能够应用在低散热柴油机的开发设计阶段,对不同的隔热方案进行整机的传热预测,实现对隔热效果的预先了解。In order to explore the heat transfer process and heat distribution in the cylinder of low heat dissipation diesel engine before and after taking heat insulation measures,this study introduces a heat transfer prediction algorithm for diesel engine based on the coupling calculation of dynamic heat transfer network model of heat resistance-heat capacity and thermodynamic model of diesel engine.This study also designs a friendly graphical user interface(GUI)human-machine interface software.Taking a single cylinder diesel engine as the research object,the heat transfer model correctly predicted the parameters such as cylinder pressure,component wall temperature,and heat balance during the working process of a single cylinder engine.Moreover,the model quickly realized the heat transfer calculation after engine heat insulation according to the corresponding heat insulation scheme.This model can be applied to the development and designing stage of low heat dissipation diesel engine and prediction of heat transfer of the whole engine according to different heat insulation schemes in order to realize the preliminary understanding of the heat insulation effect.
