摘 要:文章应用分光光度法对邻二氮菲-Fe^(2+)(Fe(phen)^(2+)_(3))氧化法测定羟基自由基(·OH)的影响因素进行了研究。实验利用加入抗坏血酸(Vc)对·OH的抑制作用,就反应过程中Britton-Robinson(B-R)缓冲溶液pH值、用量及试剂的加入顺序,测量Fe(phen)^(2+)_(3)在其最大吸收波长处的△A510变化值考察Vc对·OH的清除率。结果表明:不同pH值的B-R缓冲溶液,加入量和顺序不同,其清除·OH作用的效果也不同。在pH=7.54的B-R缓冲溶液用量3 mL时,Fe(phen)^(2+)_(3)体系中Vc清除·OH的效果较好。The influence factors of 10-phenanthroline-Fe^(2+)(Fe(phen)^(2+)_(3))oxidation assay of hydroxyl radical(·OH)were investigated by spectrophotometry.The inhibition of ascorbic acid(VC)on·OH was used in the experiment,and the changes of△A510 of Fe(Phen)2+3 at its maximum absorption wavelength with the pH value,the amount of Britton-Robinson(B-R)buffer solution and the addition order of reagents in the reaction process were measured to investigate the scavenging rate of VC to·OH.The results showed that in different pH value of B-R buffer solution,the effect of removing·OH was different with different addition amount and order.In pH=7.54,V=3 mL,ascorbic acid removing hydroxyl free radical effect is better.
