含腐植酸不定根诱导肥对烤烟生长及烟叶品质的影响

摘  要:以"云烟87"为研究对象,开展不同时期施用含腐植酸不定根诱导肥对烤烟生长及烟叶品质的影响研究,旨在为南方烟区烤烟不定根的构建提供理论支持。结果表明,施用含腐植酸不定根诱导肥能够显著改善烟株农艺性状,调整烟叶物理化学特性,提升烤烟产值。移栽时基施和揭膜时围兜施含腐植酸不定根诱导肥对烟株不定根改善效果优于其他处理(P<0.05),主要表现在根干重与不定根数量的增加,分别较CK提升了67.73%和28.27%。综合而言,移栽时基施和揭膜时围兜施含腐植酸不定根诱导肥效果最优。In order to provide proof for the construction of flue-cured tobacco adventitious roots in southern tobacco-growing areas,the effects of adventitious root induction fertilizer containing humic acid mixed with NAA at different periods on the growth and quality of flue-cured tobacco were studied in"Yunyan 87"as the research object.The results showed that the use of adventitious root induction fertilizer containing humic acid could significantly improve the agronomic characteristics of flue-cured tobacco plants,adjust the physical and chemical characteristics of flue-cured tobacco leaves,and increase the output value of flue-cured tobacco.Compared with CK,the dry weight and the number of flue-cured tobacco adventitious roots were increased by 67.73%and 28.27%,respectively,indicating that basal application and bib application of adventitious root induction fertilizer improved the adventitious roots better than other treatments(P<0.05).In conclusion,the best effect of adventitious root induction fertilizer was obtained when base and bib application were used during transplanting.
