摘　　要：由科技革命、产业革命催动的经济全球化历经数百年螺旋式发展,赋予了世界经济以开放的底色。中国共产党自成立以来,在带领新中国"站起来""富起来""强起来"的百年历史进程中,牢牢把握世界经济全球化的一般规律和中国与世界关系的动态变化,逐渐形成了"自力更生为主、争取外援为辅""利用两个市场、两种资源""建设开放型世界经济""构建人类命运共同体"等重要思想和理论,推动中国经济从封闭半封闭到打开国门搞建设,从建设开放型中国经济到建设开放型世界经济的历程,并正在为后国际金融危机和后新冠肺炎疫情叠加及应对逆全球化思潮形势下推动全球经济增长和全球经济治理做出更大贡献。The economic globalization driven by the scientific and technological revolution and the industrial revolution has undergone centuries of spiral development,giving the world economy a background of openness.Since the establishment of the Communist Party of China( CPC),during the century-long history of leading New China to "stand up","get rich"and "strengthen",the Party has,with a firm grasp of the general laws of globalization of the world economy and the dynamic changes in the relationship between China and the rest of the world,gradually formed important thoughts and theories such as"self-reliance as the mainstay and foreign aid as a supplement","utilization of two markets and two resources","building an open world economy"and "building a community with a shared future for mankind",has promoted China’s economy from a closed and semi-closed state to an open country,from building an open Chinese economy to building an open world economy,and is making greater contributions to the promotion of global economic growth and global economic governance under the post-international financial crisis and post-COVID-19 outbreak superimposed and the anti-globalization trend.
