摘　　要：大力推动社区服务业高质量发展,是构建新发展格局的重要举措,是落实"六保""六稳"任务的内在要求,对于扩大消费、促进就业、完善社区服务体系、夯实基层治理具有重要意义。自上世纪80年代我国提出发展社区服务以来,社区服务业的发展环境和条件有了较大改善,行业有了重要发展,但现阶段仍存在社会认可度不高、发展规划有待加强、市场供给能力不足、管理和服务碎片化、数字化水平有待提升、人才队伍建设滞后等问题。急需提高社区服务业的社会认可度,加强社区服务资源的统筹规划和利用,加大社区服务业的主体与服务供给,健全社区服务业的管理和服务机制,持续推进社区服务业数字化转型,加强社区服务业人才队伍建设。Vigorously promoting the high-quality development of the community service industry is an important measure to build a new development pattern,is the inherent requirement to implement the"six guarantees"and "six stabilities"tasks,and is of great significance to expand consumption,promote employment,improve the community service system,and consolidate grassroots governance. Since the proposal of developing community service in the 1980 s,the development environment and of the community service industry have been greatly improved,and the industry has made important development. However,at this stage,there are still some problems,such as low social recognition,development planning to be strengthened,insufficient market supply capacity,fragmented management and service,digitization needs to be improved,talent team construction lagging behind and so on. There is an urgent need to increase the social recognition of the community service industry,strengthen the overall planning and utilization of community service resources,increase the main body and service supply of the community service industry,improve the management and service mechanism,continue to promote the digital transformation,and strengthen the construction of the talent team.
