山东省区柳蚕的生物学特性与饲育初报

摘　　要：对山东省区柳蚕的形态特征和生活习性进行野外观察和室内室外人工饲养试验。发现柳蚕在野外自然环境条件下1年完成2个世代,以蛹态滞育越冬,幼虫取食柳树、枫杨等的树叶,幼虫期4眠5龄。柳蚕茧调查结果,全茧量5.89 g,茧层量0.42 g,茧层率7.14%,蛹重为5.38 g。In this paper,the morphological characteristics and living habits of Actias selene ningpoana Felder in Shandong province were observed in the field and the experiment of artificial feeding indoors and outdoors was carried out.It is found that the silkworm completes 2 generations in a year under the natural environmental conditions in the wild,and survives the winter in a pupal state.The larvae feed on the leaves of willows and maple poplars.The larvae are dormant 4 times and the larva phase includes 5 instars.The results of the silkworm cocoons showed that the total cocoon weight was 5.89 g,the cocoon shell weight was 0.42 g,the cocoon shell rate was 7.14%,and the pupa weight was 5.38 g.
