摘 要:目前“绿色矿山”已成为矿山企业生存发展的必然选择。设备大型化作为建设现代化数字矿山和绿色露天矿山的基础,使开采工艺向连续化、集约化发展,实现降本增效的目标。该文通过对比3种不同的设备大型化配置方案,最终确定方案2(孔径φ200 mm电动牙轮钻机、斗容15 m^(3)电动液压铲、载重90~100 t机械轮卡车)作为该矿山设备大型化的推荐方案,为矿山绿色、安全、高效、节能开采奠定了坚实基础。At present,“green mine”has become an inevitable choice for the survival and development of mining enterprises.As the foundation of building modern digital mine and green open pit mine,large-scale equipment and modern innovation can make mining technology develop continuously and intensively,and achieve the goal of reducing cost and increasing efficiency.Combined with the engineering practice of a specific mine,this paper selects three different large-scale equipment configuration schemes,and makes a comprehensive analysis and comparison from the aspects of equipment operation efficiency,equipment configuration,material consumption,investment,technology and economy,Finally,the second scheme(the diameter of aΦ200 mm electric roller drill,with bucket capacity of 15 m^(3) electric hydraulic shovel,and the load of 90~100 t mechanical wheel truck)is determined as the recommended scheme for large-scale mining equipment,which lays a solid foundation for the green,safe,efficient and energy-saving mining of the mine.
