摘  要:以60Si2MnAT、60Si2CrVAT、51CrV4、52CrMoV4,4种高速车常用弹簧钢材料为研究对象,分析其相变特性、奥氏体晶粒长大趋势、脱碳倾向等综合性能,为制定高速车用弹簧钢的选材、机加工艺过程提供一定的理论依据。结果表明,51CrV4、52CrMoV4、60Si2CrVAT 3种材料的晶粒长大趋势基本一致,在900℃以下保温时晶粒度可达9级左右,51CrV4、52CrMoV42种材料的脱碳倾向较小。60Si2MnAT,60Si2CrVAT,51CrV4 and 52CrMoV4,four spring steels commonly used on high-speed trains,were as research objects.By analyzing the transformation characteristics of these spring steels,the growth trend of the austenite crystal,decarburizing tendency,and other comprehensive performance,in order to provide a certain theoretical basis for the customized material of spring steels and machining process.The results indicate that the grain growth trends of three kinds of material,51CrV4,52CrMoV4 and 60Si2CrVAT,are basically the same,and the grain size could reach about 9-grade below 900℃with soaking.51CrV4 and 52CrMoV4 exist less decarburization tendency.
