摘　　要：在展开水利工程施工时,造价控制与管理是不可忽视的,其对施工的质量、进度会产生直接影响,并可对工程项目带来的经济效益起到决定作用。当然,水利工程建设是较为复杂的,对造价控制产生影响的因素是较多的,所以要将各个阶段的管控切实做到位,确保全过程控制与管理能够真正具有实效。In the construction of water conservancy projects,cost control and management can not be ignored,which will have a direct impact on the quality and progress of construction and can play a decisive role in the economic benefits of the project.Of course,the construction of water conservancy project is more complex and there are many factors that affect the cost control,so the management and control of each stage should be done in place to ensure that the whole process control and management can be truly effective.
