摘 要:目的:建立复方氨基酸注射液中铝含量的测定方法。方法:采用电感耦合等离子原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)法测定复方氨基酸注射液中铝元素含量。功率为1.2 kV,等离子体气流量为10.00 L·min^(-1);辅助气流量为0.60 L·min^(-1);载气为高纯氩气,铝元素测定波长为396.153 nm或394.403 nm。结果:铝浓度在0~250μg·L^(-1)范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 93);平均回收率为112.3%,RSD为2.6%(18AA);平均回收率为108.7%,RSD为3.7%(18AA-Ⅰ)。18AA中铝元素含量范围6.34~65.8μg·L^(-1);18AA-Ⅰ中铝元素含量范围18.4~136μg·L^(-1)。结论:该方法简便、快速、灵敏度高,为复方氨基酸注射液中铝的含量测定提供了新的方法途径。Objective:To establish a method for determination of aluminum in compound amino acid injection.Methods:The ICP-AES method was used for determination of aluminum in compound amino acid injection.The power was 1.2 kV,and the flow rate of plasma gas was 10.00 L·min^(-1).The flow rate of auxiliary gas was 0.60 L·min^(-1),and the carrier gas was high purity argon.The detection wavelength of aluminum was set at 396.513 nm or 394.403 nm.Results:The response of aluminum showed good linearity(r=0.99993)in the range of 0-250μg·L^(-1).The average recovery of 18AA was 112.3%with RSD as 2.6%,and the average recovery of 18AA-I was 108.7%with RSD as 3.7%.The content of aluminum in 18AA ranged from 6.34 to 65.8μg·L^(-1) and the content of aluminum in 18AA-Ⅰranged from 18.4 to 136μg·L^(-1).Conclusion:The established method is simple,rapid and has high sensitivity.It provided a new method for determination of aluminum in compound amino acid injection.
