扣式锌银二次电池锌负极性能的研究

摘  要:本文研究在锌粉中添加氧化铅后分别加入银粉、锡酸钠、氢氧化钙、及氧化铝制备不同组成的锌负极的性能,对合成的锌负极的析气量进行了检测分析,对组成的XR41电池循环性能进行研究。结果表明,锌粉中添加氧化铅、锡酸钠的锌负极析气量最小,为0.16 ml/(2g·10d)。制备的电池具有较好的循环寿命。For studing on anode performances of Zinc-silver button cells,zinc anodes with different compositions by adding lead oxide to zinc powder and then adding silver powder,sodium stannate,calcium hydroxide and aluminum oxide were prepared.In this paper,the preparation and the component ratio of the mixture of zinc anodes are introduced.Then,the testing of gas evolution of the synthesized zinc anode is presented.And then,the cycle life of the composed XR41 battery is studied.The results show that the Zinc anode with lead oxide and,sodium stannate added in zinc oxide has the smallest outgassing volume,which is 0.16ml/(2g·10d).The prepared battery has a better cycle life.
