腹腔镜下消化道穿孔修补术中应用可吸收线与普通丝线的效果与预后

摘　　要：目的:基于腹腔镜下消化道穿孔修补术,探究术中使用可吸收线和普通丝线缝合的效果及预后。方法:选取医院收治的60例行腹腔镜下消化道穿孔修补术患者,根据随机分组原则将其分为研究组和参照组,各30例,研究组患者采用可吸收线缝合,参照组患者采用普通丝线缝合。比较两组患者围术期指标和溃疡愈合情况。结果:两组患者的围术期指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组患者术后1个月、3个月、6个月的溃疡愈合情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在腹腔镜下消化道穿孔修补术中,采用可吸收缝线能够减少缝合部位的排异反应,促进溃疡愈合,预后效果更好。Objective:Based on laparoscopic repair of digestive tract perforation,to explore the effect and prognosis of intraoperative suture with absorbable suture and ordinary silk thread.Methods:60 patients admitted to hospital who underwent laparoscopic repair of digestive tract perforation were randomly divided into study group and reference group according to the principle of random grouping,30 patients in each group.The study group was sutured with absorbable suture,while the reference group was sutured with ordinary silk thread.The perioperative indexes,postoperative pain and ulcer healing were compared between the two groups.Results:The recovery time and hospitalization time of patients in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);the research mainlyⅡdegrees of pain(66.67%)postoperatively,the overall situation of pain is better than that of control group(P<0.05);The ulcer healing of the study group at 1 month,3 months and 6 months after surgery was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In laparoscopic repair of digestive tract perforation,the use of absorbable sutures can shorten the postoperative recovery time and hospital stay,reduce postoperative pain,promote ulcer healing,and have clinical promotion value.
