摘  要:目的:探讨无精子症患者精浆电解质与微量元素含量的浓度变化特征。方法:无精子症组(A组,64例)和健康生育组(F组,33例),计算机辅助精液分析系统进行精液常规分析,定量检测精浆钾、钠、氯、锌、铜、铁、镉、铅、钙、镁浓度。结果:健康生育组较无精子症组精浆锌浓度明显增高且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),钙浓度增高亦差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。无精子症组精浆钾浓度明显增高且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),镉浓度增高亦差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组精浆钠、氯、铜、铅、镁、铁浓度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:无精子症患者精浆电解质与微量元素含量的浓度变化特征有助于无精子症的鉴别诊断、治疗。Objective:To explore the characteristics of concentration changes of seminal plasma electrolytes and trace elements in azoospermia patients.Methods:Collect the azoospermia group(group A,64 cases)and the healthy fertility group(group F,33 cases).The computer-assisted semen analysis system performs routine semen analysis and quantitatively detects potassium,sodium,chloride,zinc,copper,iron,Cadmium,lead,calcium,magnesium concentration.Results:Compared with the azoospermia group,the zinc concentration in seminal plasma was significantly higher in the healthy fertility group and there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.01),and the increase in calcium concentration was also statistically different(P<0.05).In the azoospermia group,the potassium concentration in seminal plasma was significantly increased and there was a significant statistical difference(P<0.01),and the increase in cadmium concentration was also statistically different(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the concentration of sodium,chloride,copper,lead,magnesium,and iron in the seminal plasma between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The characteristics of the concentration changes of seminal plasma electrolyte and trace elements in azoospermia patients are helpful for the differential diagnosis and treatment of azoospermia.
