摘 要:以丁基橡胶(IIR)为基体,添加了2000目硫酸钡(BaSO_(4))与改性超细硫酸钡(f-BaSO_(4))作填料,采用机械共混法制备了BaSO_(4)/IIR复合材料。研究了填料种类及含量对丁基橡胶力学性能和声学性能的影响。结果表明:f-BaSO_(4)与丁基橡胶具有更好的相容性,并且当填料含量为20 wt%时,f-BaSO_(4)/IIR复合材料的拉伸强度最佳,并具有优异的吸声效果,另外,复合材料的吸声性能随着填料含量的增多而有所提高。Using butyl rubber(IIR) as the matrix,adding 2000 mesh barium sulfate(BaSO_(4)) and modified ultra-fine barium sulfate(f-BaSO_(4))as fillers,the BaSO_(4)/IIR composite was prepared by mechanical blending.The effects of different filler content on the mechanical properties and acoustic properties of butyl rubber,as well as the difference before and after filler modification were studied.The results show that f-BaSO_(4) has better compatibility with butyl rubber,and when the filler content is 20 wt%,the tensile strength of the f-BaSO_(4)/IIR composite is the best accompanied by excellent sound absorption.In addition,the sound absorption performance of the composite improves with increasing filler content.
