摘 要:以聚醚砜(PES)/磺化聚砜(SPSf)为成膜材料制备PES/SPSf超滤膜。研究了铸膜液聚合物浓度对超滤膜结构及性能的影响。结果表明,随着铸膜液聚合物浓度的增加,超滤膜的表面孔径降低;PES/SPSf超滤膜表面以亲水性好的SPSf为主,但是随着铸膜液浓度增加,SPSf在超滤膜表面的含量稍有降低,导致超滤膜表面亲水性以及荷负电性也降低。在铸膜液聚合物浓度为20%时所得超滤膜对牛血清蛋白的截留达到99.5%,渗透性为559.8 L·m^(-2)·h^(-1)·bar^(-1),综合性能最好。The PES/SPSf ultrafiltration(UF) membranes were prepared using polyethersulfone(PES)/sulfonated polysulfone(SPSf) as membrane-forming material.The effects of polymer concentration in casting solution on the physicochemical properties and separation performance of the UF membrane were studied.The results show that with the increase of polymer concentration in casting solution,the pore size and surface roughness of UF membrane decrease.The surface of the UF membrane is mainly composed of SPSf with good hydrophilicity,but the content of SPSf on the surface of the UF membrane decreases slightly with the increase of casting solution concentration,which leads to the decrease of hydrophilicity and electronegativity of the UF membrane surface.When the polymer concentration of casting solution was 20%,the rejection of bovine serum albumin was 99.5%,and the permeability was 559.8 L·m^(-2)·h^(-1)·bar^(-1).
