施慧达联合依那普利治疗高血压并发心衰的临床有效性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片(商品名:施慧达)联合依那普利治疗高血压并发心力衰竭(心衰)的临床疗效。方法60例高血压合并心衰患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。对照组使用施慧达治疗,观察组使用施慧达联合依那普利治疗。比较两组治疗前后心功能指标、血压变化情况及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组患者的收缩压和舒张压均较治疗前下降,且观察组收缩压(124.8±10.7)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)、舒张压(78.4±3.2)mm Hg低于对照组的(141.9±15.4)、(84.2±5.6)mm Hg,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的心率低于对照组,左室射血分数高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论使用施慧达联合依那普利治疗高血压合并心衰效果好,能有效改善各临床指标。Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of levamlodiping besylate tablets(trade name:Shihuida)combined with enalapril in the treatment of hypertension complicated with heart failure.Methods A total of 60 cases of hypertension complicated with heart failure were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Shihuida,and the observation group was treated with Shihuida and enalapril.The cardiac function indexes and blood pressure before and after treatment,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the systolic blood pressure(124.8±10.7)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)and diastolic blood pressure(78.4±3.2)mm Hg of the observation group were lower than(141.9±15.4)and(84.2±5.6)mm Hg of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the heart rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and left ventricular ejection fraction was higher than that of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Combination of Shihuida and Enalapril has good effect on the treatment of hypertension and heart failure,and it can effectively improve the clinical indicators of patients.
