川芎嗪注射液联合长春西汀治疗急诊眩晕症的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨川芎嗪注射液联合长春西汀治疗急诊眩晕症的效果。方法50例急诊眩晕症患者,根据治疗方法不同分为观察组与对照组,每组25例。对照组实施单独长春西汀治疗,观察组则实施川芎嗪注射液联合长春西汀治疗。比较两组患者临床效果、治疗前后的眩晕症评分、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为92.00%,高于对照组的64.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后1、2 h眩晕症评分分别为(4.16±2.23)、(2.12±0.97)分,均低于对照组的(5.92±2.96)、(3.84±1.88)分,差异均具有统计学意义(t=2.375、4.065,P=0.022、0.000<0.05)。观察组治疗后不良反应发生率12.00%(3/25)低于对照组的48.00%(12/25),差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.714,P=0.005<0.05)。结论对急诊眩晕症患者实施川芎嗪注射液联合长春西汀治疗的临床效果显著。Objective To discuss the effect of ligustrazine injection combined with vinpocetine in the treatment of emergency vertigo.Methods A total of 50 patients with emergency vertigo were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with vinpocetine,and the observation group was treated with ligustrazine injection and vinpocetine.The clinical effect,vertigo score before and after treatment,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 92.00%of the observation group was higher than 64.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 and 2 h of treatment,the vertigo score of the observation group were(4.16±2.23)and(2.12±0.97)points,which were lower than(5.92±2.96)and(3.84±1.88)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.375,4.065;P=0.022,0.000<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions 12.00%(3/25)of the observation group was lower than 48.00%(12/25)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.714,P=0.005<0.05).Conclusion Combination of ligustrazine injection and vinpocetine has remarkable clinical effect on patients with emergency vertigo.
