半夏白术天麻汤配合针灸治疗痰浊中阻型颈性眩晕临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究和探讨半夏白术天麻汤配合针灸治疗痰浊中阻型颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法80例痰浊中阻型颈性眩晕患者,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组40例。对照组采用单独针灸治疗,治疗组采用半夏白术天麻汤配合针灸治疗。对比两组患者的颈性眩晕相关症状评分、生活质量评分、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果两组均无脱落病例。治疗后,治疗组患者眩晕、头痛以及肩颈痛评分分别为(26.82±2.38)、(25.24±2.65)、(25.69±3.01)分,均明显高于对照组的(22.51±1.89)、(20.83±1.77)、(21.15±2.23)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患者健康调查简表(SF-36)评分为(87.61±2.61)分,显著高于对照组的(63.25±1.73)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者不良反应发生率为5.00%,显著低于对照组的20.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用半夏白术天麻汤配合针灸治疗痰浊中阻型颈性眩晕患者具有更好的临床疗效,能够显著改善患者临床症状以及生活质量,降低不良反应发生率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study and discuss the clinical efficacy of Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of cervical vertigo of phlegm turbidity type.Methods A total of 80 patients with cervical vertigo of phlegm turbidity type were divided into control group and treatment group according to random numerical table,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion,and the treatment group was treated with Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion.The cervical vertigo-related symptoms score,quality of life score,clinical efficacy and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results There was no withdrawal case in both groups.After treatment,the dizziness,headache,and shoulder and neck pain score of the treatment group were(26.82±2.38),(25.24±2.65)and(25.69±3.01)points,which were obviously higher than(22.51±1.89),(20.83±1.77)and(21.15±2.23)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the 36-item short-form(SF-36)of the treatment group was(87.61±2.61)points,which was significantly higher than(63.25±1.73)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.00%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the treatment group was 5.00%,which was significantly lower than 20.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction and acupuncture and moxibustion shows better clinical efficacy on patients with cervical vertigo of phlegm turbidity type,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life,and lower the incidence of adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
