丹红注射液合理用药及不良反应分析

摘　　要：目的丹红注射液合理用药及不良反应分析。方法80例心血管内科患者根据自身的病情需求注射丹红注射液。分析丹红注射液注射之后80例心血管内科患者伴随用药不合理情况的原因。结果分析心血管内科患者不合理用药的原因,包括适应证不适宜的患者13例(16.25%),溶媒选用不适宜的患者17例(21.25%),用法、用量不适宜的患者15例(18.75%),联合用药不适宜的患者16例(20.00%),发生用药不良反应情况的患者10例(12.50%)。结论丹红注射液在心血管内科患者疾病治疗过程中需要根据患者的实际身体情况以及药品说明书,使用正确的药物治疗方法,以减少患者出现的不良反应发生,保障其用药安全性,提高患者的疾病治疗率,临床应加强该药的合理用药。Objective To analyze the rational use of Danhong injection and adverse reactions.Methods A total of 80 cardiovascular patients were treated with Danhong injection according to the patients’own needs.The causes of irrational drug use in 80 patients with cardiovascular after Danhong injection were analyzed.Results Reasons for irrational use of drugs in cardiovascular patients included:inappropriate indications in 13 cases(16.25%),inadequate solvent selection in 17 cases(21.25%),inappropriate usage and dosage in 15 cases(18.75%),and unsuitable combination medication in 16 cases(20.00%),and adverse drug reactions occurred in 10 cases(12.50%).Conclusion Danhong injection should be used correctly according to the patient’s actual physical condition and drug instructions in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases,so as to reduce the adverse reactions of patients,ensure the safety of drug use,and improve the disease treatment rate of patients.The rational use of Danhong injection should be strengthened in clinic.
