雷公藤多苷联合黄葵胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察雷公藤多苷联合黄葵胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病的临床效果.方法将68例糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象,其中34例为对照组,采用黄葵胶囊治疗;34例为观察组,采用黄葵胶囊联合雷公藤多苷治疗,比较两组的临床疗效.结果治疗后,观察组患者24 h尿蛋白定量、血清白蛋白、肌酐、尿素氮、血糖等各指标均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,对照组发生恶心1例,腹部不适1例,不良反应发生率为5.9%;观察组发生恶心3例,不良反应发生率为8.8%.两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.215 9,P=0.642 2).结论在黄葵胶囊治疗基础上联合雷公藤多苷治疗糖尿病肾病,能有效改善患者24 h尿蛋白定量、血清白蛋白、肌酐、尿素氮、血糖指标,治疗安全性较高.Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Tripterygium glycosides combined with Huangkui Capsule on diabetic nephropathy(DN).Method 68 patients with DN were selected as the study objects.Among them,34 patients were treated with Huangkui Capsule in control group,and 34 patients were treated with Huangkui Capsule combined with Tripterygium glycosides in observation group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,24 h urine protein quantitation,serum albumin,creatinine,urea nitrogen and blood glucose in the observation group were better than those of control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05);After treatment,there was 1 patient with nausea,1 patient with abdominal discomfort,and the incidence of adverse reations was 5.9%in control group;There was 3 patients with nausea in observation group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 8.8%.Comparison of the two groups of adverse reactions had no statistical significance(χ^(2)=0.2159,P=0.6422).Conclusion The treatment of DN by Tripterygium glycosides combined with Huangkui Capsule could effectively improve various renal function indicators without adverse reactions,which was safer in clinic and could be popularized.
