不稳定型心绞痛患者健康素养在社会支持与自我管理间的中介作用

摘　　要：目的探讨不稳定型心绞痛患者健康素养在社会支持与自我管理间是否存在中介效应.方法采用慢性病健康素养量表、社会支持量表、冠心病自我管理量表对298名不稳定型心绞痛患者进行问卷调查,应用SPSS25.0软件进行数据的统计分析,使用PROCESS插件进行中介效应检验.结果不稳定型心绞痛患者健康素养得分中改善健康意愿维度得分最低[(11.45±3.61)分];社会支持总体得分[(31.63±5.72)分]处于较低水平;自我管理得分中治疗依从性管理维度得分最低[(7.75±1.95)分];不稳定型心绞痛患者健康素养、社会支持与自我管理间均呈显著正相关(P<0.05);健康素养在社会支持和自我管理间存在中介效应.结论不稳定型心绞痛患者的社会支持既可以直接影响自我管理,也可以通过健康素养来影响自我管理.Objective This study was conducted to test whether health literacy mediated social support and self-management in patients with unstable angina pectoris have mediator effect or not.Method 298 patients with unstable angina pectoris were surveyed by the chronic health literacy scale,the social support scale and the coronary heart disease self-management scale.SPSS 25.0 was used to statistical analysis of the data,and the PROCESS plugin was used to mediating effect test.Results The health literacy score of patients with unstable angina pectoris was the lowest(11.45±3.61).The overall score of social support was at a low level(131.63±5.72);The score of treatment compliance management was the lowest(7.75±1.95).There was a significant positive correlation among self-management,social support and self-management in patients with unstable angina pectoris(P<0.05).The health literacy has a mediating effect between social support and self-management.Conclusion Health literacy of patients with unstable angina pectoris plays a mediating role on social support and self-management.
