摘  要:以木聚糖为原料,采用Na OH-乙醇提取法制备纳米木聚糖,用激光粒度仪检测不同碱液浓度及温度的纳米木聚糖溶液粒子粒径;常温常压下,用3种不同质量分数的纳米木聚糖溶液浸泡杨木木块,检测载药量.经黑曲霉腐蚀4周以上,观察试样感染面积和蓝变程度,通过被害值判断防霉等级,研究纳米木聚糖溶液的防霉性能.结果表明:纳米木聚糖溶液的最小平均粒径为42.58 nm,木聚糖和纳米木聚糖均具有一定的防霉性能;当溶液质量分数为10%时,经木聚糖溶液处理的杨木试样被害值为1,经纳米木聚糖溶液处理的杨木试样被害值为0,符合性能优良的木材防霉剂指标要求.Using xylan as raw material,nano xylan was prepared by NaOH-ethanol extraction method.The particle size of nano xylan solution with different alkali concentrations and temperatures was detected by laser particle size analyzer.Poplar wood block was soaked in three kinds of nano xylan solutions with different mass fractions at room temperature and normal pressure to detect the drug loading.The infected area and degree of blue stain of samples corroded by Aspergillus niger for more than 4 weeks were observed,and the mould proof grade was judged by the damaged value.The mould proof performance of nano xylan solution was studied.The results showed that the minimum average particle size of nano xylan solution was 42.58 nm,and both xylan and nano xylan had certain anti mildew properties;When the mass fraction of solution was 10%,the damage value of poplar treated with xylan solution was 1;The damage value of poplar treated with nano xylan solution was 0,which met the requirements of wood anti-mildew agent with excellent performance.
