摘　　要：随着中东欧国家市场经济体制的建立,中东欧福利国家模式进入了欧洲福利国家模式的讨论范围。对于中东欧福利国家模式是属于现有欧洲福利国家模式的变种还是属于独特的福利国家模式,学者尚未有一致的看法。在过去30多年,中东欧国家从社会主义福利国家走向欧洲福利国家,实现了福利制度的变革。波兰作为中东欧经济转轨的典范,其社会领域的改革比稳定化、自由化和私有化更加复杂和困难,并受到不同政党偏好的影响。法律与公正党政府建立波兰式福利国家的试验值得关注。The welfare state model of Central and Eastern European Countries has attracted attention and under wide discussion in the area of the models of European welfare state.However,the academia has not yet reached consensus on whether the CEE model is a variation of the existing European models or an independent one.Over the past thirty years,welfare systems of CEE countries have experienced a revolution during which the systems have transferred from socialist welfare regime to a European welfare state model.A paradigm of economic transition among the CEE countries,Poland persisted a more complicated and difficult social reform compared to reforms in other areas such as stabilization,liberalization and privatization and the social reform is subject to the preferences of different political parties.The endeavor of building a welfare state in the Polish style by the ruling Law and Justice Party is becoming a focal concern.
