摘  要:利用增材制造(SLM)的随形冷却技术对精密内齿轮的成型工艺进行研究。在随形冷却模流分析的基础上,以最小的冷却时间为目标,对随形冷却的3个参数进行优化,得到最佳的随形冷却流道参数组合为水路与模面距离2 mm、冷却水道直径5.0 mm、冷却水道间距8 mm。试验验证了随形冷却系统对齿轮成型时间和精度的影响,废品率降低为零,成型时间缩短40%左右。The conformal cooling technology based on additive manufacturing(SLM)is applied to study the forming process of precision internal gears.Based on the analysis of the conformal cooling mold flow,with the minimum cooling time as the goal,three parameters of conformal cooling are optimized,and the best conformal cooling channel parameter combination is the distance of 2 mm between the water path and the mold surface,cooling water channel diameter of 5.0 mm,cooling water channel spacing of 8 mm.The experiment verified the influence of the conformal cooling system on the forming time and accuracy of the internal gear.The scrap rate is reduced to zero,and the forming time is saved by about 40%.
