摘 要:文章探讨了包芯纱品种分类及生产技术要点,介绍了在细纱和捻线工序中生产14种包芯纱的纺纱方法,简述了每种包芯纱设备改造、生产方法、工艺措施、操作方法及质量控制要点等内容,以及对比分析了包芯纱质量指标。认为利用不同芯纱组合,开发的包芯纱新品种,发挥了各自的优点,满足了对包芯纱更为个性化选择的需求,所开发出的服装面料深受消费者欢迎。The classification of core-spun yarn varieties and key production techniques were discussed in this article,and the spinning methods for producing 14 core-spun yarns in the spinning and twisting process were introduced.Then the equipment transformation,production methods,technological measures,operation methods and quality control of each core-spun yarn were briefly described,and the quality indicators of the core-spun yarn were compared and analyzed.It is believed that using different core-yarn combinations can develop new varieties of core-yarn.The new varieties have played their respective advantages to meet the demand for more personalized choices of core-spun yarns,and thus can better meet the needs of consumers.
