摘 要:为研究阳光辐照和环境温度对经纬仪的影响,针对DJ2经纬仪进行有限元建模。使用Ansys workbench软件对DJ2经纬仪整体和镜筒支架分别进行夏日和冬日两种阳光辐照下的稳态与瞬态热-结构耦合的数值计算,并分析相应构件的热应变结果。分析结果表明,冬日环境较夏日环境下经纬仪结构变形较为明显,其中主要的受热变形位置为木制三脚架部分。通过对镜筒支架进行热瞬态分析,镜筒支架在夏日环境和冬日环境下达到系统热稳定状态的时间分别为2790 s、2670 s,稳定温度分别为29.749℃、5.3119℃,稳态结构总变形分别为24.475e^(-3) mm、54.252e^(-3) mm。In order to study the influence of solar radiation on the theodolite,the finite element model of DJ2 theodolite is constructed.The Ansys workbench software is used to calculate the steady-state and transient thermal-structural coupling of the DJ2 theodolite as a whole and the lens barrel holder under two kinds of sunlight in summer and winter,respectively,and the thermal strain results of the corresponding components are analyzed.The analysis result shows that the structural deformation of the theodolite is more obvious in winter environment than in summer environment,and the main thermal deformation position is the wooden tripod.The thermal transient analysis of the lens barrel holder shows that the times for the lens barrel holder to reach the thermal stable state of the system in summer and winter environments are 2790 s and 2670 s respectively,and the stable temperatures are 29.749℃and 5.3119℃respectively.The total deformations of the structure are 24.475e^(-3) mm and 54.252e^(-3) mm respectively.
