益气养阴法治疗消渴病源流

摘　　要：益气养阴法治疗消渴病经历了漫长的历史过程。从秦汉时期应用单味药物,产生方药的萌芽;到宋元时期从“火热”到“阴虚”的转折;到明清时期诸多医家从脏腑生理、病理总结思考;再到近现代医家汇通中西,应用益气养阴法治疗糖尿病及其并发症,衍生了益气养阴化瘀、益气养阴化痰、益气养阴解毒等治法,产生了白虎加人参汤、人参白术散、黄芪汤、六味地黄汤、钱氏白术散、麦门冬饮子、地黄饮子、玉泉丸、琼玉膏、生津甘露饮、七味白术散、人参生脉散、玉液汤等治疗消渴病的经典方剂。It has been a long history process of replenishing qi and nourishing yin method in treating diabetes.From the Qin and Han Dynasties,the application of single medicine produced the germination of prescription;to the Song and Yuan Dynasties,there was a transition from"fire heat"to"yin deficiency";to the Ming and Qing Dynasties,many physicians had conclusive thinking from the physiology and pathology of the zang-fu viscera;in modern times,doctors integrated Chinese and Western medicine,and applied replenishing qi and nourishing yin method to treat diabetes and its complications.Replenishing qi,nourishing yin and removing blood stasis,replenishing qi,nourishing yin and eliminating phlegm,replenishing qi,nourishing yin and detoxification and other therapies were derived;Baihu Decoction with Renshen,Renshen Baizhu Powder,Huangqi Decoction,Liuwei Dihuang Decoction,Qianshi Baizhu Powder,Maimendong Drink,Dihuang Drink,Yuquan Pills,Qiongyu Ointment,Shengjin Ganlu Decoction,Qiwei Baizhu Powder,Renshen Shengmai Powder,Yuye Decoction and other classic prescriptions for the treatment of diabetes were produced.
