国医大师张镜人治疗脾胃病常用药对

摘　　要：张镜人教授治疗脾胃病善于采用药对。临床常用紫苏梗-香附、八月札-九香虫、旋覆花-代赭石、柴胡-黄芩疏肝理气解郁,知母-连翘清热和胃,白芍-甘草养阴益胃,丹参-血竭活血化瘀,扁豆-山药健脾养胃,等等。In the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases,Professor Zhang Jingren was good at using couplet medicines.The commonly used couplet medicines,such as using Zisugeng(Caulis Perillae)-Xiangfu(Rhizoma Cyperi),Bayuezha(Akebia Trifoliata)-Jiuxiangchong(Aspongopus),Xuanfuhua(Flos Inulae)-Daizheshi(Daiochre),Chai hu(Bupleurum)-Huang qin(Scutellaria Baicalensis)to disperse stagnated liver qi for relieving qi stagnation,using Zhimu(Rhizoma Anemarrhenae)-Lianqiao(Fructus Forsythiae)to clear heat for regulating stomach,using Baishao(Radix Paeoniae Alba)-Gancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae)to nourish yin for benefiting stomach,using Danshen(Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae)-Xuejie(Sanguis Draxonis)to promote blood circulation for removing blood stasis,using Biandou(Hyacinth Bean)-Shanyao(Rhizoma Dioscoreae)to invigorate the spleen and nourish the stomach,and satisfactory clinical effects are often obtained.
